Can you make a reservation from the website?
At present, we are unable to take reservations or payment directly from the website. Stay tuned though! You CAN, however, create a wish list by adding items to your cart. Feel free to send us an inquiry about availability using our Contact form.
Do you deliver?
Most of our clients choose to pick up and drop off their rentals. We allow for pick up within two days before and return within two days after your event. This is perfect for our clients planning to handle set up themselves! We do offer delivery to some areas for a service charge. Just ask about availability!
What if we need to make changes to our rental?
Maybe your guest Do count changed. Maybe you’ve decided on a totally different vision. No problem! We allow for changes up until 3 weeks before your wedding or event (subject to item availability). This should give you plenty of time for all of those last minute RSVPs!
Do we need to meet in person?
Although we don’t require this, we highly recommend it. Our clients tell us over and over how valuable and helpful it is to see everything in person and set up sample tables. Plus, we go through your day step by step, so no detail is missed— even all those little things you hadn’t even considered!
We meet by appointment only. Virtual visits may be an option for out of town clients. (Yes!— Kentucky is a destination location for weddings!)
Do you offer Set up and Tear Down of my decorations?
If you choose to rent items from us and book our Set up and Tear Down, we are happy to set up your decorations, too! Check Our Services page for more information.
Do Table Linens come pressed?
Our table linens are professionally laundered and come straight from our launderer. While we can’t guarantee zero wrinkles, we can promise they will in tip-top shape! And should you encounter any issues, we’ll provide a replacement.
