We step in to oversee the timeline, coordinate vendors, and handle the behind-the-scenes details so everything flows smoothly — without you needing to step in.
This includes:
Timeline management and execution
Vendor coordination and communication
On-site problem solving and oversight
Guidance for your wedding party and key moments

**Includes two in-person or virtual meetings , coordination of all vendors two weeks prior to event date, Timeline development for rehearsal and wedding day, on-site up to 2 hours on rehearsal day and up to 10 hours day of event.

Partial Planning is for the couple who may have started the process of obtaining vendors and creating their wedding day vision but need further guidance and expertise to organize the rest. Includes vendor management, Timeline development, open communication with both clients and vendors, and execution of the plan on wedding day.
Full Planning is for the couple who wants a professional to design, plan and execute their wedding for them. Full Planning allows you to be a guest at your own wedding and just soak it all in! No muss, no fuss. You set the budget and trust AAYC to do everything else flawlessly!
