Every couple who works with us starts the same way: in our Frankfort showroom, choosing exactly what their wedding needs — nothing preset, nothing forced into a package that almost fits. From there, some couples take their selections and run with it themselves. Others hand us the whole day and never think about logistics again. Either way, you're working with the same team, the same eye, and the same "we may not be the best fit for you" honesty from the very first conversation.

Because our showroom lets you build your vision on a real table before you commit to anything, you're never guessing. Decor Rentals
Who It's For: Couples who want to choose every piece of their wedding decor themselves, with expert guidance along the way, and handle their own pickup and delivery.
The Experience: You'll start with a showroom visit, where we set up your actual selections on a real table so you can see the whole picture before you decide on anything. As you choose from hundreds of pieces — arches, backdrops, linens, centerpiece vessels, vintage furniture, mirrors, candle holders, and more — we walk you through the details couples often forget, like the welcome table, the cocktail hour setup, and the photo spot your guests will actually use all night. There's no preset package to squeeze your wedding into. You choose exactly what your day needs, and everything arrives packed, organized, and ready to load when you pick it up.
Investment: Average investment is approximately $700, fully itemized to only what you choose.

Day of Coordination
Who It's For: Couples who don't want to spend their own wedding day managing vendors, timelines, or last-minute questions.
The Experience: Planning starts the moment your contract is signed, not the morning of your wedding. Over several pre-wedding sessions, we gather every detail — your vendors, your priorities, your wedding party — and build a timeline that actually holds up under real conditions.
By the day itself, you're covered for up to 12 hours, with a rehearsal run beforehand and full coordination with your venue and every vendor on your team. Every question that would've landed in your inbox goes to us instead. You're free to just be a guest at your own wedding.

**Includes two in-person or virtual meetings , coordination of all vendors two weeks prior to event date, Timeline development for rehearsal and wedding day, on-site up to 2 hours on rehearsal day and up to 12 hours day of event.

Day of Coordination plus Set Up /Tear Down
Who It's For: Couples who want the same team that helped design their vision to be the ones who bring it to life on the day, start to finish.
The Experience: Everything included in Day of Coordination, plus your rental decor delivered directly to your venue and set up by the same team who helped you choose it.
Three additional hours are dedicated to getting every detail placed exactly right, and at the end of the night, we handle full teardown and collection so you and your family walk away, not pack up. It's the closest thing to having your entire wedding day held by one continuous relationship, from your first showroom visit to your last dance.

Rentals +Delivery and Setup
Who It's For: Couples who've selected decor from us, and maybe even have some of their own, and want it professionally set up without booking full-day coordination.
The Experience: You handle the planning and provide your venue layout; we handle the setup. We organize and pack all items rented from us and deliver them to your venue, arranged by our team. You won't be up early unpacking decor and laying table linens or figuring out where the arch goes — you'll simply arrive to a space that's already beautifully set. Teardown and repacking at the end of the night stay with you, as well as the return.
Investment: Starting at $375

Connect. We start with a conversation, either in the showroom or virtually if you're planning from a distance, to understand your venue, your vision, and what you actually need from us.
Plan & Choose. You build your selections on a real table, we walk you through the details that are easy to forget, and if you've booked coordination, we begin building your timeline and confirming your vendors months out.
Celebrate. Your wedding day arrives exactly as you pictured it in the showroom. Whether that means picking up decor you're proud of or handing us the entire day, you're free to actually be there for it.

"My wedding isn't in Frankfort. Will this even work for me?"
Yes. We regularly work with couples planning from Lexington, Louisville, and well beyond, including couples planning long-distance. Virtual visits are available, and many of our out-of-town clients say the pickup and return process was easier than they expected.
"What if something goes wrong on my wedding day?"
Something almost always does, in some small way. The difference is whether you find out about it. If you encounter a problem with your rental, let us know immediately, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. When we're coordinating your day, we handle it quietly and keep it off your plate entirely.

Partial Planning is for the couple who may have started the process of obtaining vendors and creating their wedding day vision but need further guidance and expertise to organize the rest. Includes vendor management, Timeline development, open communication with both clients and vendors, and execution of the plan on wedding day.
Full Planning is for the couple who wants a professional to design, plan and execute their wedding for them. Full Planning allows you to be a guest at your own wedding and just soak it all in! No muss, no fuss. You set the budget and trust AAYC to do everything else flawlessly!
